Verdane increases its share in momox through transaction with German Media Pool
Verdane Capital X (“Verdane”) has increased its ownership in momox, one of Europe’s leading re-commerce platforms, by acquiring German Media Pool’s shares through a secondary acquisition. The share acquisition is part of a portfolio transaction, which sees Verdane increase its presence on the German e-commerce market following the recent launch of Verdane Capital X, the firm’s new SEK 6 billion fund.
